Its chai spice flavors are well blended and its not too sweet like you might expect from a lot of other proteins powders. (just try mixing with the chocolate, you will be enlightened)
I have many dietary restrictions and allergies and this is something I can add to so many things and know my tummy will be happy and that I’m doing something to get more iron and be sustainable for the planet! It’s a win win
