ROASTED BONE MARROW WITH ORCHESTRA PROVISIONS TOGARASHI

2 LBS BEEF MARROW BONES
1 TBSP ORCHESTRA PROVISIONS TOGARASHI SEASONING
½ SHALLOT BULB
½ BUNCH CHIVES
¼ C TOAST POINTS (CROUTONS)
2 PINCHES SEA SALT BLACK PEPPER JUICE FROM ½ LEMON

On tray, place bone marrow in oven for 5 minutes at 425 degrees. Finely chop shallots and chives. Remove bone marrow from oven and squeeze lemon juice on top, sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, Orchestra Provisions Togarashi, and chopped herbs. Serve with toast points.
