Combine 1. Rolled oats 2. Orchestra Provisions protein powder 3. Peanut or Almond butter and or coconut oil 4. Sticky sweetener of choice- could be honey, maple syrup, molasses or a combination.
From here it is a personal adventure. This could include nuts, seeds or dried fruit.
Mix ingredients until they become sticky like the consistency of cookie dough. If you want more fat in your diet add more coconut oil, if you want more protein add more nut butter or protein powder, if you want less sugar add more oil/butter and less honey. The freedom is yours to design your snack.
