Pamela’s gluten free pancake mix
1 tablespoon Orchestra Provisions Crimson Root powder
1 egg
1/2 cup grated carrot
Pumpkin seeds
Maple Syrup

Follow instructions on Pamela’s pancake bag, or simply use your go-to pancake recipe. After the batter is organized add carrot and Crimson Root powder. Mix thoroughly until the carrot is combined and the batter takes on a bright red appearance. Place a generous spoon full in a pan with oil of choice over medium heat. Once bubbles appear flip and cook until golden brown on both sides. Plate the cakes and add toppings: yogurt, pumpkin seeds, raspberries and maple syrup. Get ready for a delicious treat!
